Song and the download page does not allow me to download nor did I get an email to download from. I have been trying several ways via email and phone message to try and reach the company to get this resolved so far no resolution has occurred.

This is the first time I've had a problem with this company.

Couldn’t print music.

I purchased 2 sheet music songs and could not print them, tried for 2 days to contact for help but all numbers were bogus. One was an attorneys office. Need refunds for both orders.

They have already paid back the money that was taken from my card.

Downloading purchased audio track

I ordered and paid for a song twice. I wanted Ill Always Love You , Whitney Houstons version but kept getting Dolly Pardons version.

No way to ask questions of a Sheet Music Direct employee. Rather you reach a 3rd party receptionist that tells you that they dont have phones. Send them an email and theyll get back to you in 24 hours
